AI that works for your organisation. Not the other way around.
Practical AI. Responsible by design.
Discover how artificial intelligence can help your organisation reduce administration, improve reporting and make better use of the information you already hold.
DataHub.care combines over 17 years of health and social care technology experience with modern AI capabilities to help organisations introduce useful, secure and appropriately governed solutions.
Wherever practical, we favour locally hosted AI models deployed within controlled UK infrastructure, helping organisations retain greater control over their data, reduce unnecessary third-party exposure and support UK data residency requirements.
AI should solve problems. Not create new ones.
Artificial intelligence is creating new opportunities for organisations to improve efficiency, understand information and automate everyday processes.
But adopting AI shouldn't mean introducing unnecessary complexity, losing control of your information or placing sensitive data into systems without understanding the risks.
At DataHub.care, we focus on identifying where AI can deliver genuine value, then designing practical solutions around your existing systems, processes and responsibilities.
We don't believe every problem needs AI. We believe in choosing the right technology for the job.

- Identify suitable AI opportunities
- Review existing processes and data flows
- Assess technical feasibility
- Identify privacy and operational risks
- Plan controlled proofs of concept
Assess an administrative workflow and produce a practical roadmap covering opportunities, limitations and safeguards.
Better data makes better AI possible.
AI works best when it is supported by accurate information, reliable integrations and well-designed processes. That's where our existing data services come in.
Convert
Prepare data in the required format.

DataHub AI
Add intelligence where it creates value.
A joined-up approach to data preparation, integration, automation and AI-assisted outcomes.
Powerful AI. Closer to your data.
Not every AI solution needs to send your information to a large, externally hosted AI platform.
DataHub.care supports the use of locally hosted AI models, deployed within appropriately secured, UK-based infrastructure or suitable customer-controlled environments.
This approach can allow AI processing to take place within an agreed environment, helping organisations meet data residency requirements and maintain greater control over how information is accessed, processed and retained.
From document processing and data classification to internal knowledge assistants and automated reporting, locally hosted models can provide practical AI capabilities without routinely transferring content to external model APIs.
We assess each requirement and recommend an appropriate deployment model, prioritising security, data protection, performance and commercial practicality.
Designed around your data requirements
Deploy eligible AI workloads in verified UK infrastructure where required.
Run suitable AI models within the agreed environment instead of routinely sending prompts to external AI APIs.
Apply appropriate authentication, permissions, encryption and access restrictions.
Agree how prompts, documents, outputs and operational logs are handled and retained.
Minimise unnecessary sharing of customer content with third-party model providers.
Innovation should never come at the expense of trust.
Health and social care organisations have important responsibilities when handling personal, confidential and sensitive information.
We believe AI should be introduced with a clear understanding of its purpose, limitations, risks and the people responsible for its use.
Our approach prioritises proportionate safeguards, transparent processing, appropriate human oversight and carefully assessed hosting arrangements.

Minimise personal data and assess processing requirements before deployment.
Maintain appropriate human review and control over important decisions.
Make AI use, limitations and responsibilities clear to customers.
Prioritise locally hosted models and UK-based processing where appropriate, with documented controls over infrastructure, access, retention, subprocessors and international transfers.
Test outputs, monitor performance and review uncertain or consequential results.
Introduce AI through proportionate testing, documentation and ongoing oversight.
AI with an understanding of health and social care.
AI opportunities in health and social care must be considered within the context of real operational pressures, information governance and the responsibilities organisations have towards the people they support.
With over 17 years of experience in health and social care technology, DataHub.care understands the systems and processes supporting workforce management, recruitment, finance, reporting and service delivery.
Our initial AI services focus on administrative, analytical and operational applications, with appropriate safeguards and human oversight.
We do not position general-purpose AI automation as a substitute for professional clinical judgement, safeguarding decisions or other consequential decisions about individuals.
Explore the opportunity. Start at the right scale.
You don't need to commit to a major AI project. We can help you understand the possibilities before deciding what to implement.
AI Opportunity Assessment
Review existing processes, identify suitable use cases and assess the potential benefits, feasibility and risks.
AI Proof of Concept
Test an AI-assisted solution in a controlled environment using appropriate sample data and agreed success criteria.
AI Integration & Automation
Design and implement an approved AI-assisted workflow connected to your existing systems, with suitable controls and monitoring.
AI questions? Let's make things clearer.
Introducing AI raises important questions, especially when your organisation handles confidential or sensitive information.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We focus on making use of existing systems and available interfaces wherever possible. Feasibility depends on the capabilities and access arrangements of your current platforms.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
We would not authorise customer data to be used for AI model training without explicit, documented agreement. The terms and data handling arrangements of any proposed AI provider must be assessed before use.
Will our information remain in the UK?
We prioritise UK data residency when designing solutions and can use locally hosted AI models within suitable UK infrastructure.
This can allow prompts, documents and model processing to remain within an agreed UK environment without routinely sending content to external AI model APIs.
We assess the complete solution, including infrastructure, backups, logging, remote access, subprocessors and any third-party integrations, before confirming the applicable data residency arrangements with you.
What's the difference between local AI and cloud-based AI?
Locally hosted AI runs its model within a specified, controlled environment, such as a private server or dedicated UK-hosted infrastructure.
Cloud AI services may process information through an external provider's infrastructure, subject to that provider's contractual and technical arrangements.
Neither approach is automatically more appropriate for every task. We assess performance, cost, security, data residency and governance requirements before recommending a solution.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes. AI-generated information can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. We design workflows with appropriate validation, monitoring and human review based on the risks involved.
Can AI process confidential care information?
Any proposed use involving identifiable or sensitive care information requires an appropriate legal, security and risk assessment. We encourage anonymised or synthetic data wherever possible, particularly during initial testing.
Do we need to know which AI technology to use?
No. Start by describing the business problem you want to solve. We'll help assess whether AI is suitable and what type of solution may be appropriate.
How much does an AI project cost?
Costs depend on the scope, complexity, integration requirements and any third-party AI usage or infrastructure charges. We provide tailored quotations with costs and responsibilities explained before work begins.
Curious what AI could do for your organisation?
Whether you've got a specific idea or simply want to understand where AI could help, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements.
