Matthew's experience spans business analysis, systems implementation, data warehousing, reporting, analytics, process automation and integration between business-critical platforms.
His work brings together a detailed understanding of operational and business requirements with the technical ability to design and deliver solutions, including database development, APIs, data transformation and automated workflows.
Having worked extensively with the information that supports care delivery, workforce management, finance, recruitment and organisational performance, Matthew understands the challenges that arise when systems, processes and reporting requirements don't align.
