How much does it cost?

Is there a minimum spend?
We welcome enquiries for small, one-off tasks as well as larger integrations. We'll confirm whether a minimum charge applies as part of your quotation.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for one-off services. Regular automated processes may require an agreed ongoing service or support arrangement, depending on your requirements.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Often, yes. We'll assess the available exports, APIs, database access and other supported interfaces before recommending an approach.
What if I don't know which service I need?
That's absolutely fine. Simply describe the problem you're trying to solve. We'll help identify whether Convert, Clean, Connect, AI or a combination is appropriate.
Can we send you a sample file?
We can discuss suitable sample files once we've established an appropriate transfer method. Please don't send identifiable employee, patient or service-user information through the initial enquiry form.
How long does a project take?
That depends on the work involved, the availability of data and any access requirements. We'll discuss expected timescales when preparing your quotation.
Can you help us explore AI without a major commitment?
Yes. We can start with an opportunity assessment or a controlled proof of concept, using suitable sample or synthetic data and agreed success criteria before considering a wider implementation.
Can AI processing remain in the UK?
We can explore locally hosted AI models within appropriately secured UK infrastructure or suitable customer-controlled environments. The full processing arrangements, including backups, remote access, logging, subprocessors and external integrations, must be reviewed and agreed for each project.
